The PD6624 Loop Leader is a loop-powered 1/8 DIN digital flow rate/totalizer for displaying rate and total simultaneously from a 4-20 mA input without requiring a separate power supply. It features a dual-line LCD with a 5-digit alphanumeric top display and an 8-digit alphanumeric bottom display for rate, total, grand total, engineering units, a tag, or a custom message, plus an integrated bargraph for added clarity. As the rate totalizer model with bargraph in the Loop Leader series, the PD6624 is ideal for applications that need clear local indication of flow rate and accumulated totals along with quick visual reference in a compact panel-mounted meter. It also features a Type 4X/NEMA 4X/IP65 front and two-color backlighting for excellent visibility in demanding environments. A built-in micro USB connection allows the meter to be programmed with free MeterView XL software. The PD6624 comes standard with two open collector outputs and one digital input, and models are available with two solid-state relays and an isolated 4-20 mA output. The PD6624 is UL & C-UL 61010 Listed for electrical safety.

The PD6624 Loop Leader is a loop-powered 1/8 DIN digital flow rate/totalizer for displaying rate and total simultaneously from a 4-20 mA input. Its dual-line LCD provides clear local indication, allowing users to display flow rate, accumulated total, grand total, engineering units, a tag, or a custom message on the dual-line display. An integrated bargraph provides added visual indication and can be programmed to represent the percent of PV1 or PV2, or scaled to any range within the display scale. As the rate totalizer model with bargraph in the Loop Leader series, the PD6624 is a strong fit for applications that require convenient local indication of flow rate and accumulated totals along with flexible visual reference in a compact meter.
The PD6624 features a Type 4X/NEMA 4X/IP65 front for protection in wet and dirty environments and two-color backlighting for enhanced visibility and alarm indication. MeterView XL software connects directly to the meter via a micro USB cable and is available for programming and setup of Loop Leader, Loop Leader+, ProtEX+, and VantageView+ series process meters and flow rate/totalizers. MeterView XL software is used to program parameters for a wide variety of applications such as tank level, pump alternation, rate/totalizing, batch control, and more. This software greatly simplifies the programming process and also allows the user to save configuration files for later use. When connected to the PC, the meter is powered by the USB connection, so no additional power is needed during programming.
IMPORTANT!
Uninstall previous versions before downloading and running the latest version.
MeterView XL software can be installed on any Microsoft Windows 10/11 computer. Connect one end of a USB cable to the meter and the other end to the computer. The meter is powered via USB, so there is no need to wire anything before programming it. USB connection is intended for configuration purposes only.
