Temperature Panel Mount

Temperature
Precision Digital offers a variety of temperature application solutions for temperature transmitters or direct temperature inputs. These include digital panel meters, explosion-proof displays, temperature scanning systems, and auto-tuning PID temperature controllers. These devices work with thermocouple, RTD, or transmitter analog inputs and include relays and 4-20 mA analog output control and alarm options. Temperature meters are available in NEMA 4X front digital panel meters and UL, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved explosion-proof meters for hazardous areas.

  • The Trident PD765 digital panel meter is one of the most versatile meters on the market and will satisfy a wide variety of process and temperature applications. Housed in an 1/8 DIN enclosure with a NEMA 4X front, the meter can be field programmed to accept process voltage (0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) and current (4-20 mA) inputs, 100 Ohm RTDs, and the four most common thermocouples. The display height on the standard Trident meter is 0.56" (14.2 mm) and on the Trident X2 the display height is an astounding 1.2" (30.5 mm). The intensity of the display can be adjusted to compensate for various lighting conditions, including direct sunlight. Programming and setup can be performed with the four front panel pushbuttons, free MeterView software, or using the copy function. Options for the PD765 include 2 relays, a 4-20 mA output, 24 V transmitter power supply, and Modbus® serial communications.

    Why you should buy:
    • Big Display
    • 1/8 DIN Panel Meter
    • Universal Inputs
    • 2 Relays & 4-20 mA Output
  • The PD7000 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that accepts a direct temperature input from a wide range of temperature measurement devices (type J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N, and C thermocouples and 100 or 1000 Ω platinum, 10 Ω copper, 120 Ω nickel RTDs). It displays the measured temperature in either degrees Fahrenheit or degrees Celsius on a dual-line, 6-digit display that is available with optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. The PD7000 temperature indicator includes automatic cold junction compensation for thermocouples and the ability to average up to ten (10) RTD sensors. Like all ProVu meters, the PD7000 temperature meter includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. ProVu meters can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA output and Modbus® RTU serial communications. The PD7000 can be programmed via the front panel pushbuttons or free MeterView® Pro software.

    • Dual Line Display
    • USB Programming
    • 4 Relays & 4-20 mA Output
  • The MINIMUX® II PD138 is a microprocessor-based, eight-channel analog input scanner/multiplexer and annunciator that provides low-cost automatic switching for multi-point display and alarm systems. It can automatically switch up to eight inputs to another device such as a digital panel meter, controller, or PLC. Signal switching is done via reed relays making the PD138 ideal for switching thermocouples, RTDs, control loops, and AC/DC signals. They feature rugged NEMA 4X/IP65 fronts and a wide operating temperature range. They can be programmed for many common ISA alarm sequences including first out indication and they provide alarm signaling through front panel LEDs and a build in 85 dB horn. Custom printed message labels can be included with your order at no additional charge.

    Why you should buy:
    • Scans Temperature and Analog Inputs
    • Channel Alarms
    • NEMA 4X/IP65 Front
  • The Sabre T PD743 temperature meter combines operational simplicity with high end features to deliver the perfect low-cost digital panel meter for display only applications. The PD743’s menu structure is easy to navigate because the only selections are for input and temperature units; there are no other menu choices to add confusion during the setup process. Despite being a low-cost meter, the PD743 is still packed with many features typically found only on more expensive meters, such as a NEMA 4X front, universal power supply, display to 2300 °F for type K thermocouple, UL listing, and CE marking.
