The PDA7232 is a DIN rail-mount serial adapter that converts the Trident meter’s serial output to an unbalanced, full-duplex RS-232 signal through a female DB9 connector. It supports adjustable baud rates handled by the Trident and includes three diagnostic LEDs for power, transmit, and receive status.

The PDA7422 is a DIN rail-mount serial adapter that converts the Trident meter’s serial output to balanced full- or half-duplex RS-485 signals through a removable screw terminal connector. It supports adjustable baud rates handled by the ProVu and includes three diagnostic LEDs for power, transmit, and receive status.

The PDA8006 is a USB serial adapter for Trident meters intended for use with MeterView data monitoring when serial communications to a PC are needed. Since Trident meters include onboard USB, this accessory is only necessary for applications that require MeterView’s serial-based monitoring features, and it includes both the USB and meter-to-adapter cables.
