Precision Digital’s flow rate/totalizers display the flow rate from either an analog or pulse output flowmeter as well as the accumulated total and grand total volume over time. Relay, open collector, and analog outputs combined with a variety of power options including AC, DC, battery and loop-power allow these rate/totalizers to provide versatile flow measurement solutions for almost any environment. Rate/totalizers are available in NEMA 4X front digital panel meters as well as UL, CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved explosion-proof and intrinsically safe meters for hazardous areas.

  • PD2-6200 Helios Analog Input Flow Rate/Totalizer

    Go with the Helios PD2-6200 when you want to display both flow rate and total at the same time from a 4-20 mA output flowmeter. The PD2-6200 can display both flow rate and total in six full digits and can also be configured to display non-resettable grand total. The PD2-6200 can even display open channel flow using its programmable exponent function.   • PD6200 ProVu Analog Input Flow Rate/Totalizer

    The PD6200 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from an analog output (4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) flowmeter. It displays that signal on a dual-line, 6-digit display that is available with optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. Flow rate is typically displayed on the upper line and the cumulative total is displayed on the lower line. The total overflow feature allows up to a 9-digit total and grand total to be displayed. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6200 includes UL / C-UL listing and CE marking, a NEMA 4X front, and AC or DC power options. ProVu meters can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA output, and Modbus® RTU serial communications. The PD6200 includes a 24 VDC power supply to drive the flowmeter and can be programmed via the front panel pushbuttons or free MeterView® Pro software.

One of the most convenient features of these instruments is their large, dual-line display which is typically used to display flow rate on the 2.8" 5-character alphanumeric top display and flow total, flow grand total, or a tag on the 1.5" 8-character alphanumeric bottom display. Both display lines use 14-segment, alphanumeric characters that provide much clearer indication of tags, units, or alarm messages than 7-segment characters do.

    The PD6262 is a member of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters that is specifically designed to display flow rate and total from two (2) analog output (4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 1-5 V, etc.) flowmeters. It displays these signals on a dual-line, 6-digit display that is available with optional Sunbright® sunlight readable LEDs. The dual-line display can be used to show both flow rates simultaneously, to alternate between the two inputs showing both the flow rate and total of each, or to show the result of math functions performed on the flow rates and totals.   • PD6720 Vantageview NEMA 4X Loop-Powered Flow Rate/Totalizer

    The Vantageview PD6720 is a plastic, field-mounted, loop-powered flow rate/totalizer that can display flow rate and total from an analog output (4-20 mA) flowmeter. The fact that this meter is loop-powered means that there is no need to run additional, costly power lines. The display has a five digit upper display for rate, a seven alpha-numeric character lower display for total, and comes standard with a backlight.
